A woman in her thirties was allegedly raped by an occultist and another person here, police said today.
The woman had got in touch with the occultist, identified as Mahmood alias Jumman, for improving her marital life, they said.
The occultist had on Monday called the victim to a shop and from there he took her to a desolate place. He raped her along with one other person, police said.
“On the complaint of the victim, an FIR has been registered against the two men today and efforts are on to nab them,” SO Rajghat, Ashutosh Singh said.
The woman has been sent for medical examination, Singh added.
