Congress president Rahul Gandhi is addressing a public meeting at Bhawanipatna in Kalahandi district of Odisha.
In his speech, he said that as opposed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi who wrote-off debts worth Rs 3 lakh crore for his rich friends, the Congress party, if it comes to power, will provided minimum income directly into the bank accounts of the poor.
