In a leaked audio tape, Goa Minister Vishwajit Rane can be heard saying that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar revealed during a Cabinet meeting that he has all the information on Rafale in his bedroom.
It was not clear whether Parrikar was making an attempt to blackmail the Central leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
