Noting the increase in crime in Bihar, especially after the recent murder of a Janata Dal-United (JD-U) leader, the Opposition in Bihar slammed the Nitish Kumar government. The leader of Opposition and Rashtriya Janata Dal scion Tejashwi Yadav took to Twitter to accuse Nitish Kumar of turning Bihar into “Lynch-Vihar”.
Yadav wrote: “Mobocracy prevails in Bihar. Three people died due to mob lynchings in the last 24 Hours. Mandate robbers led by Nitish Kumar has turned Bihar into ‘Lynch-Vihar’. Seven murders in the last 24 hours. Law & Order is out of control in Bihar as Nitish government is working hand-in-glove with criminals.”
