Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Lok Sabha election campaign rally that kicked off from Meerut on Thursday also witnessed an embarrassingly low turnout. As visible in the pictures, there are completely empty rows towards the back of the rally ground.
After rallies of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, MP Hema Malini and Amit Shah seeing a low turnout, PM Modi’s inability to gather crowds has made many ask if this is a sign of discontentment among the people.
