A man who allegedly came to Bahrola village in Palwal district in Haryana, was tied up and beaten to death.
The incident took place on the night of August 2.
The police have sent the body for post-mortem. The victim, who has not been identified yet, was accompanied by two others with the intention of stealing cattle, but the latter managed to escape.
The police have charged three brothers, Bir, Prakash and Ram Kishan in the matter and initiated the investigation. According to reports, the victim had attempted to steal buffalos from their house.
