On 21st March, Ilze Skromane, a Latvian National reached out to Sushma Swaraj on twitter.
@SushmaSwaraj Please Help! My Sister, citizen of Latvia has been missing 8 days! We are heart broken and very worried!
— Ilze Skromane (@pilzeilze) March 22, 2018
The tweet has received over twelve hundred retweets but has not been able to catch the Swaraj’s attention. This is quite in contrast with the time that Swaraj reacted with rage when someone tagged her and said that doormats resembling the Indian flag were being sold on Amazon.com in Canada and she swiftly proceeded to threaten and criticise Amazon. Sushma has even engaged in humorous repartees with random people on Twitter.
Skromane has issued an appeal for help here along with details where she can be contacted.
@SushmaSwaraj Latvian Citizen Liga Skromane already missing for 9 days! Police still clueless, representatives of parliament getting involved to understand why issue was not addressed appropriately from the beginning pic.twitter.com/dTLXe9YNpd
