Senior Advocate Dushyant Dave Advised SBI-Move SC To Stop Mallya From Fleeing. First, SBI Disappeared, & Then, Mallya.

Senior Advocate Dushyant Dave on Thursday revealed in a TV News show that he met the State Bank of India (SBI) legal team on 28 Feb 2016 (Sunday) and advised them to move the Supreme Court for restraining Mallya from leaving the country.

The next day, SBI was absent from court and the day after, Mallya had fled.
