Following reports of Kashmiris being attacked and harassed across the country, the Central Reserved Police Force (CRPF) on Saturday, February 16 appealed to Kashmiri students and any Kashmiris residing outside Kashmir to dial their toll-free number and seek assistance.
The CRPF Madadgaar Twitter handle posted a tweet on mentioning their toll-free number, 14411. They can also be reached out to via SMS on 7082814411.

Following the Pulwama attack on February 14, Kashmiri residents were attacked in Jammu and there are reports of Kashmiri students being targeted by mobs in multiple states.
The Home Ministry has also directed state governments to provide adequate security to Kashmiri students.
The CRPF Madadgaar 24×7 helpline was launched in 2017 to assist Kashmiris, especially students, in case of threats or harassment.
