Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers on Wednesday, March 6 brutally assaulted a Muslim youth for criticising the Narendra Modi-led central government over it’s failure to provide jobs.
Per a report by Amil Bhatnagar in Jansatta, the incident occurred in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, when a TV channel, Bharat Samachar, was asking people questions related to the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. The reporter, Narendra Pratap, told Jansatta that the youth, identified as Adnan, was asked questions about the law and order situation, following which he criticised the Modi government over the issue of unemployment.
Upon hearing his criticism, the BJP workers who present there started sloganeering, shouting “Bharat Mata ki Jai” and chanting PM Narendra Modi’s name. Then, they proceeded to attack Adnan, reported Jansatta.
