Several voters in a polling booth in Begusarai, Bihar on Monday, April 29 reportedly complained that the polling officer was forcing them to cast their vote in favour of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Giriraj Singh.
As per a NewsD report, the voters in a polling booth in Babhangama Panchayat said that they wanted to press the first button (Kanhaiya Kumar), while the officials pressurised them to press the second button (Giriraj Singh). The voters raised slogans against the administration outside the polling station.
After Twitter users, drew the attention of District Magistrate Rahul Kumar, he said that “there was some confusion”. “We sent a team,” Rahul Kumar added.

In Begusarai, the contest is between Kanhaiya Kumar, Giriraj Singh and Rashtriya Janata Dal’s Tanveer Hasan.
