The Instagram page GLC Mumbai Confessions has been removed following the directive of the GLC principal to the page admin to remove it from the social media platform.
On Monday, November 19, Suvarna Kishor Keole, the principal of the Mumbai-based premier law college issued a written directive stating, “It has come to the notice of the college administration that there is a ‘GLC Mumbai Confessions Page’ in Instagram. The admin of this group is hereby instructed to remove the page from Instagram with immediate effect or else, action will be initiated as per law.”
The circular also noted, “All the students of the college are hereby warned not to use the name of the institution GLC in any Facebook, social media, Instagram without prior approval of (the) college authorities, failing which strict disciplinary action will be initiated as per rules.”
