Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. However, many individuals expressed surprise as only 9 kilometres out of 96 kilometres of the expressway was constructed and wondered if it was just another photo-op.
Modi travelled in an open SUV, waived at the gathered audience and made a 50-minute speech hitting out at the Opposition and praising his government. He even claimed that the expressway was built in a record 500 days against 910 days time.

Sir please correct the facts. PM is inaugurating only 9 kms of Delhi-UP border stretch, not Delhi-Meerut expressway. This is Ph-1 of expressway. Ph-2 is border to Dasna. Ph-3 is Dasna to Hapur. Ph-4 is Hapur Meerut.
