Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Uttar Pradesh, Hari Om Pandey reportedly levelled serious charges against party leadership on Monday, April 15.
TV9Bharatvarsh reported the BJP MP as saying that only those who supply “money and women” to the party leadership are given a ticket for elections.

He also said that the BJP district president has several criminal cases registered against him. “A woman had made an accusation of rape and was sitting on a dharna…the party is nominating outsiders.”
For 2019 polls, the BJP replaced Pandey, the sitting Ambedkar Nagar MP, with Mukut Bihari who is a minister in the Yogi Adityanath government. Pandey has not been given a ticket from elsewhere.
