Satti was addressing a public rally in Solan district when he made the comment.

On Sunday, the Himachal Pradesh unit of the Congress had sought an apology from Satti for using the derogatory remark, reported NDTV.
The remark is prima facie a violation of the model code of conduct.
Congress’ chief spokesperson Naresh Chauhan told NDTV, “We are taking the opinion of our legal cell. Subsequently, we may file a formal complaint against him with the election commission.”
