Veteran Congress leader Kapil Sibal said that the Narendra Modi-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government has stopped his TV channel from airing, Editor Nishtha Gautam reported for The Quint on Monday, January 28.
“The government has stopped our channel Harvest from airing this afternoon. They’ve called Tata Sky and asked the channel to be off the air,” Sibal reportedly said in Jaipur.

Harvest TV, The Print reported on January 18, which has Congressman Kapil Sibal as one of its promoters, was all set to go on air from January 26, 2019. Owned by Veecon Media, this English news channel, would feature famous newspersons such as Barkha Dutt, Karan Thapar, Seemi Pasha and Vineet Malhotra.
