US President Donald Trump has reportedly refused to visit India and turned down the Modi government’s invite to grace the occasion of 70th Republic Day in January.
According to reports, the US authorities sent a letter to NSA Ajit Doval recently conveying Trump’s message.

The invitation for the US president to visit India was extended when Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Washington in June last year.

“India will soon find out.” Trump had recently remarked when asked about sanctions under CAATSA.
