In Tikamgarh’s Jagat Nagar on Monday, the relatives of a deceased class 12 student had to carry the boy’s body in a handcart to the hospital.
The relatives told ANI that even though they had requested an ambulance, none came to transport the body.
The class 12 student died after a wall collapsed on him while he was on his way to school.
